A really lovely licensed eating place with a great choice of good food. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and you could have a nice banter with them. This place also has a totally seperate eating area for those that are dog lovers. Well done ladies we have enjoyed our visits this week, hubby especially liked the dark beer. I have to say the homemade steak pie was especially yummy �

Me and my Mam went for lunch on New Years Day.My Mam is in a wheelchair so I rang to make sure we could get the chair in,the lady was so kind and said she'd look out for us.She had reserved a table for us.We both had Mince and dumplings with chips,peas and gravy and it was delicious!The staff were so kind and very helpful.Would highly recommend The Endeavour 10 out of 10 for service,kind staff and food.Thankyou all very much.xx

Went on Friday with family who came to visit us at caravan park. 4 had fish and chips myself and my wife had mince and dumplings absolutely delicious. Went back Saturday lunchtime and had steak pie wife had corned beef pie again delicious would highly recommend.

Would like to thank Michelle for all her help while I was on a day out in Newbiggin with a young disabled girl I look after. Emily uses a power wheelchair and needed somewhere to go and have her lunch. Emily also needed to have assistance to eat. Michelle kindly heated Emily’s dinner ( at our own risk ) and allowed us in the restaurant with no fuss at all and wheelchair access. I enjoyed my lunch of homemade quiche, salad and chips with a lovely cup of coffee. Very polite staff and excellent service. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work x

Fantastic doggy friendly cafe. The mince and dumpling was top quality! Need to go back so we can try the ice cream sundaes.

Breakfast (served until 11 am daily, as the menu specifies) was delicious. The coffee was top notch and the shopkeep did a marvelous job engaging us. While some menu items seemed more expensive than others, the specialty items of the shop were cheap and scrumptious. Quaint atmosphere with locals abundant. Would return, especially for the poached eggs!

We went there for lunch on Monday, I had the homemade steak and kidney pie, it was fabulous…and Michelle was so charming

Came here for breakfast. Nice place, great location near the water front. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was OK but a bit basic (eg low-quality sausages and bread). Lacking proper veggie option for full breakfast. Good value for money though.

What a great place to eat. The food was real home cooking and presented superbly. The staff are friendly and who doesn’t like a banter with a great atmosphere to go along we good food. I did enjoy it that much I proposed to the chef and I was excepted but I had to turn it down as my wife really is No. 1. Thank you all
