Visited as Google suggested it was the best chippy near the beach we were going to so we called in. Lovely helpful staff. Fish and chips were absolutely delicious. Recommended. We drove to the beach and enjoyed our tea 👌.
Pre ordered online because I heard it is a very busy chip shop arrived to pick up my order at set time and eventually received it 30 minutes later, althougth the staff appeared friendly and plentiful the place was absolute chaos and on questioning why my order was taking so long it appears they were stolen by someone without the staff checking his receipt.

The wait from ordering to recieving the cod & chips was 25 mins,there's hardly any seating so if you had mobility troubles it would be difficult,you can ring your order in then turn up.
The food was great,no complaints there.
We enjoyed 2 small cod and chips with fruity curry - a perfect portion for us, served in trays which made it easier to enjoy as a takeaway. Good ordering system in place and friendly service. We highly recommend 👍
Excellent fresh fish and chips. Quite pricey but it was delicious and a lovely treat whilst on holiday. Everything tasted good and decent portions.
We wanted a fish and chip shop somewhere near the Menai Strait and found the Codmother online. We didn’t pre order but this was no issue- three small cod and a large chips to share, all cooked to order in 15 minutes. And it was all delicious! Beautiful crispy batter and delicate fish. Highly recommended!
We called there today and have to say the service was fantastic...the staff amazing.The place has a very smart and professional look that would be a perfect fit on the high street of a large town. Fish and chips was good...would like to see larger chips though...🤔 But overall well pleased.

One of the best fish and chips I've ever had. And the fruity curry is a taste you will crave. Highly recommended.
Nice fish and chips. Waiting was different story, about 1h to get my order done. But with so many tourists aroun I think it is understandable.
