McDonald’s was a welcome sight after a long drive from Wales. I had a coffee and a veggie option and felt refreshed and ready to continue my journey. The food was tasty and the service was fast. It was a great value for money.

Nice bacon and egg McMuffin and coffee. Not busy, quite slow service!

Quick experience in the drive-thru. Easy to order, pay and collect. The food was warm and delicious as ever.

Called into McDonald's yesterday morning and received terrible service.
Waited about 25 minutes for my food, front of house staff blatantly ignoring any requests of when I would receive it and when they did talk they said they were waiting for a breakfast roll with brown sauce.
Eventually got my food had to get my coffee changed as it had gone cold and when I went to eat my food found the breakfast roll with brown sauce was just a bacon roll.
Totally unacceptable service and very rude staff.
If this is fast food I wouldn't want to see slow food.
A vast improvement on my last visit here, service a lot quicker, food order correct and the staff a lot more professional and courteous.
Overall a big improvement.

I'd specifically appreciate the service, actually our little one spilled the Hot chocolate accidentally, but the staff was so polite and helpful 😀 which was really good.. I can't remember name of The lady but she was really helpful and handled the situation better than we expected.
Kudo 👏 to all staff ***** 5 star

Well the staff is really nice. It depends what time are you getting there, so you can wait a bit for your food or not.

This McDonald's closed for a short time for renovations and is now open again. The store's new refresh is very clean and tidy, the counters are very minimalistic with an emphasis on self service ordering. The high benches along the window provide charging stations for most connection types (Lightning, Micro USB, USB C and even wireless!) Gteat job McDonald's!
