Hi i was in greggs the over day and there was 3 members of staff there but only one serving Sarah she kept ringing the bell and no one would come out she had to shout 5 times to get some one to come out ,the shop manger came round to help …

Terribly understaffed, took 45 mins to get a coffee.
Greggs is always good for pocket friendly quick bites and drinks or sandwiches, same is the one as well. Only problem with this outlet is that its small cramped space and that’s why feel crowded. Very less sitting space so good for take away. Not very friendly for wheelchair due to narrow movement space.
If you've ever been to a Greggs before, you know what to expect from the food. The staff here though are really lovely.
