First time there but would definitely go back. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The best part was the customer service. One of the main meals came out maybe 5 mins after the others, due to a mix up in the kitchen. They were honest about their error an immediately offered us free desserts. Fantastic place and already planning our next visit

Loved it i got a nasi goreng and it was delicious and the service and atmosphere were great would totally recommend.
Food was great, service was excellent. Staff had the balance right. Its nicely situated in the town centre making it very accessible. Drinks are a bit above pub prices, but not outrageous.
The decor is shabby chic which looked more shabby than chic. With bit of a face-lift this,place would look amazing.
Had numerous visits to the Capello Lounge and always had a good time. A great range of dishes on the menu and always delicious. Ordering and paying is done through an app so done in your own time. I was pleasantly surprised to see the number of alterations you could make to your dish via the app which normally you would have to ask a server for. Overall a good visit and would return.
First time in, only for Tea & coffee.
They welcome you and put you first. Fantastic atmosphere so far, keep it up.

Love to go here for the food, the decor, the welcoming friendly staff and I can also take my dog who thoroughly enjoys it too😅food and drink is always great, plenty of options for what ever you fancy and the menu also changes up every so often, fantastic vegan/veggie options. Lovely cosy place for all occasions.
I love this place - we've been here a few times for food/coffee but I'm reviewing now. The food is just 🔥🔥🔥. Shakshuka for me and everything just tasted amazing, side of sweetcorn fritters again sweet, tasty and the chilli jam wasn't spicy.
My friend had chicken and bacon burger, minus the avocado with sweet potato fries . He said it was delicious, the burger wasn't dry at all, bun was 👌 and the fries were the right amount of crispy.
The staff are all lovely and it's a really chill atmosphere, good music. Option to order to the table, coffee was great on previous times and they offer alternatives to milk too.

Probably the only decent bar/cafe left in Newcastle under Lyme. A bit more expensive than the rest, but the food is decent with good service.
They offer a vegan menu, and the beyond meat burger is really good. Quite a nice atmosphere but it felt very noisy. Might be because I was there Saturday lunchtime or just that I've not got out much recently!
