Oldest Indian restaurant in Newcastle under Lyme and it’s where we eat when we return to our home town and we’ve not been disappointed over some 50 years. The latest visit was just at opening time so it wasn’t busy but it’s nice to have Indian music and softer lights for atmosphere. The food was excellent and the service top notch. It’s a clean and smart room too. We enjoyed it and took home what was uneaten.
We will certainly use this restaurant next time we are in NUL.
Ordered from Uber Eats for the 1st time ever and wrong food was delivered. Koh I Noor were so apologetic and immediately cooked fresh food and delivered it themselves. The food was amazing, best curry in a long time. We can't thank them enough for the 5☆ service tonight and the gorgeous food provided. Will be using again, but directly next time.
Staff attentive and friendly. Food arrived in a timely manner and was of good quality. They even accommodated a Keema/Peshwari/Garlic naan for one of our party which was not on the menu. Served in some fantastic balti dishes. Price was very reasonable as well...

Been looking for a good curry house for ages , finally found one !! Food was delicious and came quick, all freshly made and tasty , I'm getting hungry thinking about it , can't wait for our next visit and best to phone in advance we were lucky get a table
Went for a nye meal with my partner last night and it was the best curry we've ever had! Perfect. Staff were very warm and welcoming, Quick service, very impressed! We will be back for sure 👍

We asked for our dishes to be extra spicy and it tasted just like traditional Bangladeshi cuisine. Huge thank you to the amazing and kind staff. The lamb naga dish and garlic chilli rice was our favourite. Highly recommend this authentic Indian / Bangladeshi restaurant and the prices are reasonable too.
