Bloom, Newcastle Under Lyme

We came here on a date a few feeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, mocktails and cocktails were both delicious. The food was absolutely delicious, we both had gyros and added the salt and pepper chips 🤌 *chefs kiss* 🤌 It was a little loud, however it was a Saturday night and people were having a great time, if we had been drinking properly too it wouldn't have even crossed my mind! It was the 2nd time I've visited this venue and I've visited their sister establishment in Hanley too on multiple occasions, every time I have had a wonderful time and loved the food and cocktails. I've enjoyed their bottomless brunch and I highly reccommend this!

Cute place, good drinks & food. A shout out to the staff. The day I went in there a customer had a seizure. The staff on duty made everything to provide assistance to the customer, they knew how to provide first aid, they called the ambulance immediately, they were so kind, effective and proactive that I could not believe. Very very well done.

We had a lovely time visiting for lunch. The staff were incredibly friendly and took a genuine interest in our experience. Our server was very attentive even though it was quite busy. The food, although took a while, was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We felt very relaxed and not rushed at all. Would definitely recommend.

First time here, loved the atmosphere of the place, so inviting. The food is delicious and the cocktails are amazing, so many to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely be going again. Only 1 tip I'd give the staff is to not tell a customer to hurry up because their are others waiting, kind of ruined the evening. We still had plenty of time left over. You get the table for 1 hr and a half. We had food and 3 cocktails each, that all takes time to prep and cook before being served. Just need to be mindful of the time, which we were.
