Good food and service. I like the chicken olovieh. It contains Pickels chicken and what tasted like mayonnaise. Good combination of creamy and sour pickle taste.
We ordered the mixed grill for 4, and we managed to finish it with 3 people, although quite full. It contains a combination of chicken and lamb. My friends liked the koobideh, but I preferred the Barg. Platter for 4 costed £60 when I was last there.
They also have a combination of different rice included in the platter. Personally I don’t like the rice as much as the meat, but it gives you a taste of Persia.

We ordered Joojeh*, and shabzi beef stew. Both were really good.
*Joojeh is chicken skewer with rice and two grilled tomatoes.
For dessert, we went for Faloodeh" and Bastani Sonnati'. I didn't really like the Faloodeh, but the safaron ice cream was quite nice.
"Faloodeh is Home made, rose water flavour sorbet with fine rice noodles, with added lemon juice or raspberry.
'Home made, traditional saffron and pistachio ice cream.
Finally, I want to mention that they have a quiet clean toilet.
Probably the best Persian restaurant in town, so authentic and delicious.
Prices are acceptable given the quality, tastes.

Such a lovely place. It was taken aback by how good n fresh their chicken was. Lamb was an absolute delight, no smell at all very fragrant, well spiced food. My kids absolutely loved it. My 20 months old was eating on her own , she liked it so much!! The staff is so polite, so friendly. Clean place, lovely restroom. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is amazing, we went yesterday and enjoyed it that much, we went back again today! Service is fab and so friendly, one waitress even remembered our drinks and was good fun! As for the food what can I say it's all delicious, the salmon was out of this world and the lamb and chicken too, how they cook it so tasty but yet leave it so tender I have no idea. Starters and sides are also very tasty! I think the menu is very nicely priced for what it is, just wished we lived here, as if we did I suspect we would be back weekly. Thank you taste of Persia for making our weekend 🥰
A great place to eat. Very accommodating for families with children or to dine as a couple. Nice location, great priced meal deals. A must visit for an authentic Persian experience.
