I know it's a chain, but I really love Zizzi. You always get good service, there are always great offers and the meat and fish dishes are excellent. I have to admit, I'm a Zizzi superfan.
I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant through UberEats.The pizzas arrived piping hot and the packaging was well-done.
We ordered the margherita and primavera pizzas and both were absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the flavors were spot on. It reminded us of the pizzas we have tried in Italy.
We love this Zizzi restaurant for everything. Staff are great and helpful, food is delicious and lots of choice, including to suit specific dietary requirements. Great news!!! The building, decoration and atmosphere are all fanatastic.
We went on Saturday the day before the Great North Run. It was so busy, but every member of staff was calm, food came quickly and we did not feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble, staff went above and beyond. We had our 3 little granddaughters with us, their meals were huge and the girls loved them. We were expecting little kids meals but they certainly were not, which was great as they love eating!
I have eaten in Glasgow Zizzi before, but this branch was outstanding. Thank you for a fabulous time.
The food was lovely and hot, although they gave us the wrong food at first they quickly replaced and very kind. Would recommend
I booked a table here for my graduation meal and I am so glad I did. They accommodated a party of 10! The restaurant took my present and cake too and brought them out for me which was lovely. Our server Erin was absolute amazing, very attentive and helpful - thank you Erin! The food was amazing. I recommend the prawn starter and the meat Sofia pizza. The pizza was soo delicious and fresh! Thank you Zizzi for making my graduation really special.

I had a just eat delivery from here, arrived in speedy time, piping hot and well packaged! I ordered the King Prawn Linguine and the Arancini. The Arancini was nice, needed more flavour though. And the Linguine was delicious, nice taste and nice spice to it, i would have liked it more saucy though due to it being a pasta dish it was slightly dryer than i liked but i will be ordering again from here, lovely experience so far 👍👌😁

Visitsd today with Boyfriend and Brother as I was sent a voucher code for my birthday for free main course. Booked with no trouble easy booking system and easily adjusted the time it was booked for, friendly and polite lady who answered the phone. When arrived waited a few moments to be seated as not many staff. Then a rather cold seeming maitre de greeted us with no smile, courtesy or manners we made to feel we were bothering him we were a nuisance and inconvenience (not a good feeling for your birthday) he was cold impersonal and rather snappy when asked when he needed my voucher code. Drinks arrived quickly and were delicious. Food orders taken again rather cold impersonal and annoyed manner almost felt like apologising for being there.
The pizzas were delicious, arrived quickly, loads of toppings, excellent value for money. It has to be said that the waitress who served us was an utter delight, so charming, warm, friendly and attentive such a beautiful smile and very bubbly and helpful. Praise must go to the kitchen staff as even my Boyfriend who is a chef and studied/worked in Italy was impressed. Very interesting veggie food ideas. Another waitress who bought the bill was so kind, took voucher code whilst chatting having a laugh and banter. In contrast to the first gentleman who I watched and never smiled or showed anyone any politeness. He new I was there for birthday but no attempt to make it special. Other than him I would return.
Food and service was great. I left a bottle of wine behind but it had been saved behind tha bar for me. I was able to pick it up 8am next morning before my train home. Thanks so much Alex for letting me interupt your deliveries to do that.
Called late on Thursday after a long work event which was why atmosphere was a little quiet but that suited us.
New favourite place. Food arrived promptly and piping hot where required.
Service was superb and wouldn't hesitate to visit again and recommend to others. Perfect for a pre theatre dinner or call in afterwards.
Really enjoyed the food and catered for vegans and gluten free a very enjoyable night
