Stumbled across this little gem today and wow. As soon as I entered, Hygge sprung to mind. I was so pleased that the menu was not only interesting, but healthy too. The service was impeccable and the food to die for. I can't wait to come back with some friends.

I made my first visit for lunch today and I was very impresses! A lovely little place that feels like eating in a little cottage kitchen with a wood burner warming the place. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced..I will be back again

the food here is absolutely gorgeous - i’ve been following Cookhouse Ana for a really long time on instagram and know they change their menu regularly, but the one I happened to try was amazing. I would definitely love to go back soon, the mains, the sides, the cocktails, everything was fantastic; the atmosphere was also friendly, quiet, and relaxing, perfect for a relaxed dinner with a friend or a partner

We were lucky - we ate in the outside area and the weather was just perfect. The food was outstanding and the service was great. We were a party of 7 and the food came with perfect timing and was all seasonal and delicious. Will definitely return 😋

Wonderful meal here last night for my birthday. It was a glorious evening so sat in garden having aperitif and then went inside for meal. There is also a terrace upstairs at the back.. we wenre made to feel welcome by friendly staff and able to see into open kitchen where it seemed very calm even though meals were constantly going out. 2 slices of their sourdough (on sale downstairs) and butter started meal. My starter of the asparagus with egg was delicious as was his crispy mushrooms with nduja sauce so waitress brought an extra plate so we could share. My roast cauliflower with bean mash rich and tasty and he enjoyed his confit chicken thigh with more asparagus. We shared a cheese board with the most amazing crackers (on sale downstairs) and pannacotta. Also had a nice rosé wine. Bill with service charge came to £164.

Amazing amazing amazing. The food is incredible I cannot recommend the cheese donuts highly enough. The cocktails are quirky and fun. The staff are friendly, attentive and warm. Beautiful atmosphere. Just such a fantastic restaurant. Would go back again and again

Finally made it to Cookhouse! Food did not disappoint - amazing selection of drinks too. I believe they brew and ferment a lot of these themselves which is super cool... Highly recommend the tempura Cauliflower with the curry sauce and the pickles were awesome!! Didn't realise we got bread and butter so we ended up being so full and didn't have room for dessert which all looked delicious and fresh. Location is great with outdoor seating on the terrace/outside when the weather is nice. Close to the quayside which is perfect for an after dinner stroll along the river.

Been on our list for a while to try and did not disappoint. Loved the simplistic Scandinavian-inspired interior and relaxed vibe. The food was so beautifully presented with such depth of flavour. The trout with clam butter was divine and the mushrooms unbelievably good. Winner!

Lovely place, service is great and so is the atmosphere. The food is incredibly extravagant which I'm all for and the menu will both confuse and impress you. My only downsides if I had to be picky was the BBQ brocoli was quite meh and hard - wasn't too keen on the potatoes, boring and bland - I know it's a posh establishment but I'd have killed for some chips or fries with my food. Also the salt and pepper wasn't on the table you had to get up and go find it. Still a must visit in Newcastle ! Just bring your own chips

One of the best meal experiences my wife and I have had. Incredible food, lovely service, stylish but unpretentious interior aesthetic, fair and reasonably priced. We've lived and dined in London for over 20 years and we'd struggle to think of anything better we've experienced. Exquisite.
