We did the new Brunch menu with unlimited prosecco for 90mins. Food was beautiful- Staff were lovely and very attentive to bringing more prosecco when the bottle was empty. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and the brunch deal is very good valu for money! Beautiful place, thanks for a lovely afternoon.
The best cocktails and staff in town. Jordan in particular makes the best drinks and tells you the best places to go. Absolute LAD. We’ll be back again and again �
This was a lovely bar to visit, set in a glorious ancient building near Newcastle train station! The design has brilliant vibes with its brightness, counter is well-presented and the staff were chill. I enjoyed a pint of Heineken, sitting comfortably in the outside area with fabulous views!
A lovely spur of the moment dining experience, with our daughter, who started Uni a month before. Staff were lovely, and the food was exceptional. We all had the Sunday lunch, and we all felt like we had been fed very well.
I can't recommend the county Hotel and a meal in the Hudson highly enough,

Many choices on the drinks menu. Decent mocktail options for teetotallers like us. Music was way too loud in my opinion which doesn’t match the non-clubbing vibe of this place. Literally just opposite Central Station.
Service from the floor team was great, we were in a secluded booth which felt nice and cosy and would usually cause worry of us being forgotten about but the staff checked in on us and made sure we were having a great time, the food was amazing with a highlight being the Chowder and the atmosphere was lovely, we arrived when the restaurant was empty and only 3 other tables joined us but the place felt alive and had a nice warmth to it, the bar in the entrance to the restaurant was packed out and really loud but as soon as you turned the corner into the restaurant the sound was gone it was a strange experience like walking out of a wall of sound.
10/10 would go again.
It was nice to watch your food being prepared from where I sat. On the evening I ate here there were only two chefs working. However they happily adapted the main course to suit my allergies. The food was delicious. The staff were very accommodating. My only criticism is none of the desserts were dairy free so I think they may need to have a look at this.
Only used the bar so can't comment on the food as we went out for dinner!(except breakfast was OK!)

Excellent food and located inside the County hotel so very handy if your staying there. Visible kitchen so you can see whats going on and very polite staff...reccomended.
