Lovely Sunday lunch in this popular pub. I had chicken my partner the nutless roast. Both came with plenty of vegetables, mash and roast potatoes. Wonderful Yorkshire puds extra gravy provided when asked. Staff are brilliant really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very good pub just off Chillingham Road. Good selection of ales, lagers, and ciders. Looking at the menu, there are a few dishes I haven't seen anywhere else, so it's worth a visit for a few reasons. Staff are very friendly and helpful and, lots of space inside. Very very popular Thursday nights for the quiz.

First time visiting for a few years. Stunning inside. Excellent choice of beers. Had a couple of starters, and they didn't disappoint. Food very reasonably priced
