Traditional restaurant all over the world. Here in Newcastle is no different, excellent facilities, commercial spot in prime location, menu with many options, excellent service, in short, an excellent option for those who want to have an interesting experience, much more than a meal. Without doubt one of the best options we have here in the city. I recommend it to everyone.
Food was amazing, place was not busy which I actually liked, staff were very friendly and were not too attentive ment you could really enjoy your meal, they have a wide range of goods at some amazing priced will deffinatly be visiting this store again.
Good food and a lot of choice. People are really nice and I really like the look of the place.

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service and great food
Don't come here a lot but wish I could! Food is always amazing and so is drinks. Service is always very good, drinks and food always on time and correct. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for a table but staff are very accommodating/understanding. Only once had a flat coke but didn't mind as food was great. Staff really friendly, once went late at night for some drinks as it was a special occasion, waiter took the time to go through suggestions with me as I wasn't sure what I wanted and gave detail as to what was in each drink he suggested. Very patient, will definitely come again.
Family meal on a Friday night. Had the table booked so we were seated right away but had to wait a while for our order to be taken. In their defence it was very busy but that was the main thing that stopped this being a 5 star reviews
The food was excellent, piping hot and considering how long we had waited to order, didn't take long to arrive. There was a minor hiccup when one of the meal options was incorrect, but they rectified it quickly and efficiently. Wait staff were friendly and efficient.
The cocktails were also exceptionally good.
Lovely food and great service. Had a small issue with my meal, so the really friendly waitress returned it too the kitchen, where it was completely remade at the managers request. The manager then came and apologised, served me my fresh meal and altered the bill. They really did go above and beyond on customer service and it made the experience perfect. Would definitely visit again
Loved everything about it. The food was great. Service was a bit slow seeing as they weren't busy. Decor had my eyes wandering all night.
Was lovely, food was gorgeous, serve was excellent! Group of 20 of us and all had our food within 30/40 minutes was great
