Everytime we visits New Castle …we always have our Nando’s 1/2 grilled chicken for our lunch,
( It’s licking finger delicious!)
& the service here is always fast and today the waiter is so nice coz he introduced me with the Nando’s card -:) am so please with his thoughtfulness.🌞

Excellent friendly and very helpful staff, made sure I was reassured that my food would be cooked carefully as I am a Coeliac and have to be careful with cross contamination. Good food to and enjoyed what I had.

A really busy lunch service today but the staff were brilliant, we were a table of 3 plus a high chair only had to wait a few minutes before being seated. Food was good and really good service.

First time having nando's in the UK and was not disappointed
Got a full platter with chips, mash and corn
All the sides were great and the chicken was fall apart tender.

Anold provided a great service for me and my wife. He was friendly to us and helped us understand what we want as food. It was great experience for me and my wife to enjoy a fabulous meal due to Arnold.

The restaurant is upstairs, two steps need maintenance. A big lamp hugging from the ceiling is very beautiful but a bit broken now.
I wonder about the cleanliness of the restaurant on my way up...
Very friendly welcome and service, nice chicken and big portions.
It wasn't very busy and it was very comfortable and agradable to be there.
Nice views from the big window by the tables to Newcastle and the square.
Nothing to complain, just a bit more love to get this five stars.

Emma (I assume the manager) was very kind. I didn't order anything and didn't plan to as I was there to accompany a couple of friends. However, she gave me a free side of chips because she knew I was the only one not having anything. She's a lovely person and my friends can attest to it as well from previous visits!
