Busy in the restaurant but excellent service from our waitress. No delays,drinks served promptly. Food delicious, except not hot enough. All four of us felt the same. The gravy especially wasn't hot,which didn't help heat up the food.
We did tell the waitress, when she enquired how our food was,that it was really lovely except not hot enough. She offered to sort it out but we were all tucking in and it seemed more bother to get it all heated up. She said she would tell the kitchen staff.
Really big on the inside. The staff where lovely, the food is good and exactly what you expect and with the App it's very reasonable.

It has accomodating staff who allowed us to use our own birthday cake. The food is perfectly prepared well priced and plentiful. I love it here. My belly thinks it's Christmas every visit. The staff are well presented and keep the area clean. Nice.
No criticisms we can think of. Food and service were both very good. Served immediately and staff at Kenton Bank seem better than other Toby Carvery locations I have visited.
I haven't been here for years. It was a good lunch experience. The food was of a good quality. Staff are friendly and proactive in making sure you are happy eating and drinking in the venue. The price per plate is reasonable.
The only issue is the 35 minute wait for food in the queue. If you have small kids, it will be a challenge to keep them entertained and motivated to stand that long with you. ..other than that. I recommend the place.

Me and my son have just had a delicious carvery.! I want that recipe fior roast potatoes and parsnips!! Gorgeous! Alana who served us was incredibly efficient and helpful. She was friendly and nothing was no bother. I highly recommend popping in! My son loves it here
Came here a week ago for the first time. Everything was lovely, the food was perfect and the staff were very kind and attentive. The place was really quiet when I went so that’s a plus as there was a lot of space to get up for drink refills etc. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.
Lovely meal for all my family. I am vegetarian and was given a larger plate to load with veg. Beautiful roast potatoes and my family had turkey and lamb and said it was very tasty. Main meal I would definitely score a 9 out of 10. Desserts not so much as I've had far better sticky toffee puds.
