Toby Carvery - Newcastle upon Tyne - Photo album

I haven't been here for years. It was a good lunch experience. The food was of a good quality. Staff are friendly and proactive in making sure you are happy eating and drinking in the venue. The price per plate is reasonable. The only issue is the 35 minute wait for food in the queue. If you have sm
Went last night for a carvery, were served by Emma and Grace - really lovely girls and nothing was a bother for them. Food was nice as usual. It was a busy night and the team did really well attending to everyone. Special mention to the the host whose name we didn’t get, who handled another (quite f
It has been a while since we frequented the Toby Carvery at Kenton Bank - we used to go fairly regularly pre Covid. The restaurant still looks smart, spacious, but also warm and welcoming. We both opted for the carvery, my partner going for it without the meat. It was delicious! My only moan is that
Toby Carveries never disappointed. We all ate our fill and the kids enjoyed a lovely dessert as well. Swiftly seated despite not booking ahead (sorry) and we were tucking into food minutes after being seated.
It's been a few years since we were at this Toby it's as always been our favourite place for a Sunday lunch. And it's not changed. The only difference is we had Lamb my favourite meat we went on a Tuesday because we had to do a drop off at Newcastle airport so we called there for lunch 10 out of 10
Had a very pleasurable visit. We have been to many a Toby across the country and this is up there with one of the best. We arrived to be welcomed by Santana who could not do enough to make us feel welcome. After we were seated and placed our drinks orders ( we opted for the refills as we love the di
I was greeted instantly as I walked in by Poppy who was so friendly! Served by Grace who went the extra mile and made the experience unbelievable!! The food was brilliant and Danny was carving who was super welcoming! I couldn’t have had a better time and would recommend here to everyone, I’ll defin
Went yesterday for a family meal for grans bday, quality of the meat was exceptional. Great portion sizes and the staff were so friendly. Shout out to the lady (red hair) who made a fuss over my gran and brought her some extra gravy
Your staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was my friends 1st ever carvery so he didn't know what to expect. We arrived early for our table so had a few drinks at the bar. When we got our table the queue for the carvery was huge. I didn't realize I picked a popular time slot. It was quite
Fantastic service from Tracey, friendly, efficient, and making sure we were happy with our visit. Food was lovely. Plenty choice of Veg to have.
I haven’t been to the Toby at Kenton bank foot park for a while as I no longer live in Kingston park. However, I went yesterday as the weather is getting colder I fancied a roast. I have to say the food was fab, service was amazing by the lovey Grace. Cant wait to come back.
Absolutely great - Service was fab too, George was our server and he went out of his way to help us with the experience.
Went here not expecting much for a veggie breakfast but was pleasantly surprised. There are only 2 things I'd improve. Cook the veggie sausages a little longer (they were a bit pale for my liking), and I'd like to have known to order the scrambled egg. Only fried on the buffet, so by the time I orde
Warm welcome at the door and immediately taken to our table where drinks were ordered. Took our place in the queue for food which took 25-30 mins … not really acceptable… only one person serving meat/yorkshires … with another changing veg trays … food was good
