One of the baristas Char is so lovely and kind, I come into The Village Starbucks a couple times a week and she always manages to brighten my day when she serves me and goes out of her way to make my experience great 😊

Such a cute Starbucks tucked in the corner..has a homely vibe - friendly and accommodating staff & a great selection of items including mugs travel cups ect too ..✌🏼

Nice location for a Starbucks within The Village Hotel & Spa (Newcastle Cobalt).
Staff were friendly, loved my large pumpkin spice latte after gym & swimming pool session.
Atmosphere I believe was nice, there was four girls sat drinking coffee & knitting clothing 😃

Great staff but sooooooo slow. Had to wait ages for a coffee. Overheard the staff saying that they were cleaning the coffee machine. Do that out of business hours!!

Barista was friendly, and there literally was no queue. Quiet place to visit and have a cuppa to warm up. Unfortunately, no seating inside was available, but you can easily go outside to have a sit down with your coffee. Outdoor seating was plenty, and as usual, friendly ambiance.
