Good comfy chairs and staffs were all nice. Ordered Korean chicken with rice, rainbow slaw and kimchi, although not looking too appetising, it was delicious, minus couple of stars for the missing rainbow slaw as was quite looking for it, added another star for a free kids meal, very good value for f
Nice scone and coffee. Those serving very pleasent and helpful. The cafe as much as you would expect a store venue - functional but fairly characterless. Good and central though .

Absolutely fantastic service from Angela & Debbie,Angela saw I had the wheelchair and carried the food & drinks to our table. Food & drinks fantastic, dad had lemon meringues and I had the big red. T
Cake was not good… but I liked the view and the atmosphere.
Not many veggie or vegan options unfortunately but had a nice sandwich and cake. No decaff coffee available..so had regular coffee but it's always so weak in flavour .

Lovely food and coffee sometime quite a queue and quite dark and dated
We had a nice coffee in a pleasant cafe. The staff were friendly. The cafe was very clean .we will be back again soon
No rewards left, which entitle you to a free cake and drink, but still a nice experience. Sandwich, cake and drinks × 2 for less the £20.00. Can't argue with that. Spotlessly clean, with friendly staff. Only too keen to help. My go to coffee stop when in Newcastle. ☆☆☆☆☆
