Nice and big with lots of choices but a good few missing tickets so couldn't get all the things I wanted as I don't buy what is not priced

Excellent range of produce at very competitive prices..frozen meals range great too..shall continue to call regularly and will be pleased to recommend Aldi to my friends....additionally the Aldi staff at both Fawdon and Kingston Park friendly and helpful.. TC

There is always something good to see at Aldi. This time we went to Fawdon in Newcastle upon Tyne on changeover day. There were lots of tools to view alongside with the usual great value food.

This is essentially a standard basic Aldi. It is however quite small and therefore has a more limited range. While in England it has a range of Scottish products. It will be replaced in spring 2022 by a new store currently in construction in Loaning Meadows. The new store appears to be completed structural and a light on inside may indicate fitting out. __________________________ Not sure why Google Asked for this update as this Aldi store in North Road closed in 2022, unfortunately! The new store in loaning meadows is bigger but is a poor shadow of the previous store, Completely fails to recognize it's proximity to the Scottish border.

Decent, standard Aldi. It gets very busy on the weekends and afternoons and is quiet in the evenings. There is always plenty of parking (I have never struggled to find a place). They always run out of sanitister and towels, however. The staff aren't always great. Some are amazing and helpful whilst others (usually the older ones) are quite rude and slow. The security staff are always really nice and attentive.
