Caffe Nero metrocentre. Always looks nice inside, well kept.
Range of drinks (coffees, teas, coolers, fruit drinks are of good variation and always of a high quality) I especially enjoy this place over the xmas period when they bring out the cans range of drinks.
Never yet tried the food here, though it is not limited to the usual fare of cakes and biscuits as they do a range of hit and cold sandwiches.
I'd rate it good. Great selection of cakes, coffee is strong. Service is also good, and the seating area gives off a good vibe x. I go here all the time with my family, would definitely recommend.
Got a Sicily lemon meringue cheesecake and a shop assistant put it nicely in a box for my wife's birthday free of charge. It tastes very good. Grateful! ❤
Lovely break during shopping trip. Lemon 🍋🍋🍋 cheesecake is always a winner plus excellent latte.

Consistently the best coffee of any of the high street chains. The cortado is always to notch. I also find the service at Nero is more genuine and friendly rather than the often scripted interactions elsewhere with the only objective being to up sell food. To me Nero is a haven when I'm on a day out at the MetroCentre.
Popped in before work for my usual Americano coffee, but a salted caramel chocolate cheesecake grabbed my attention! Was early so cafe was quiet, good choice of drinks and snacks, but quite pricey inline with other metro center outlets
Nice coffee and food very pleasant atmosphere.
Prices are a bit high for food other than that everything was OK.
As far as large chain coffee places go cafe Nero is pretty good. This particular cafe is excellent and its staff are great.
