I came from france last summer. And what to tell i never ever seen in my life a wonderful buffet like this one ! The workers are so nice and advising us what to take.
The restaurant is so clean and for a buffet it is very cheap !

Good service - friendly staff. Food is decent, great value for money. The burger was particularly impressive given it is made to order and included in buffet price. Very clean restaurant - would go again.
Really impressed with the quality of food versus the price! Lamb chops were superb according to my partner. Well worth a try - think the other reviews are maybe a bit unfair, any new restaurant has their teething problems. They seem to have it all sorted out now though.
I had some apprehensions about visiting here, based on my experience at the metrocentre branch. I have to say that despite the reviews I have read, it's actually a nice place. There was 12 of us visiting, they put together a table straight away. The guy waiting on our table was polite and attentive.
The food does lack selection but food to order was nice. I tried the steak, I did ask for medium rare and it came back well done but it was still nice and tender. The 12.99 price included everything, a pint of peroni cost 4.60 and a 250ml glass of sauvignon blank cost a fiver, so price wise it wasn't to bad.

It was okay. Food was typical buffet food. Also there were steaks and chips that could be ordered on the side. Premises very clean. Service good as well. If you are expecting the texmex southern style cooking that Big Luke's used to be famous for you will find very little of it here.
Never tried a Korean BBQ before, staff were so friendly and helpful, we will be coming back again.
For those looking for a world buffet, they have stopped doing that, just Korean, and it's the best food I've had in Newcastle.
Our first visit last night and we were really impressed, our waitress was lovely and informative, drinks and courses arrived at timely intervals, the restaurant was clean and tidy, and the food was hot, tasty, presented well and much better than we expected. We’ll be back for sure
Lovely staff infact really lovely. They coulnt help you anymore. Megan lovely young server made our service especailly great. Thank you Megan. Set menus cooked fresh, burgers, steak, chicken wings, meat balls, grilled sea bass, salmon, Currys, pasta and chops. As well as a wide range of foods on a help yourself bases including ice cream, cakes fresh fruit and other desserts. All really beautiful. You definitely couldn't ask for much more for the price you pay. Thumbs up will definitly be going again. Recommend to all. Thanks big lukes
1st time visiting and it wont be the last,the food was amazing and cooked fresh when ordered of the menu,the buffett had a good selection of food,salads and deserts. Megan and carol the 2 waitresses were lovely and so friendly and helpful,they couldn't do enough to help us. Will recomend anybody to try it.
Just had a really nice Korean bbq buffet here today. Was some of the best beef ever had, that cooked on the little bbq. The waiter was super friendly n helpful as had never used the bbq before.
