Subway

After a long journey from Leicester to Newcastle upon tyne late at night with a hungry stomach and will go survive, the only thing that kept me going was the subway I saw just outside the station. The subways have always been the best option for me. When I went here in Neville Street's subway right across the station, I got good service from dear Indian friends Pratyush and Sid. I was new in Newcastle upon tyne and it was late night but Pratyush and Sid told me everything that I should know about Newcastle city. They are super friendly, cheers to them. And after this long hunger and tiresome journey, the subway I had was a sandwich that came from heaven. I enjoyed it like a baby haha. But jokes are apart, the subways have always been my preferred option and I always know why they are with their food, great service and smile on the faces of their staff.

I visited Subway for dinner and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Sid, who provided top-notch service throughout my entire dining experience. Not only was Sid attentive and friendly, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my sandwich was made exactly to my liking. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. As for the food itself, it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, the bread was perfect and the flavors were simply fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend Subway to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. And a special shoutout to Sid for making my visit extra special with his exceptional service. I will definitely be returning soon!😉

Lovely staff, was served by Sharon, what a star, kind polite and was so patient with my son who has Aspergers and he needs a little time to choose what he wants, he said to me that he wishes everyone was like her, and she makes the best meatball marinated, this lovey lady is worth her weight in gold, and deserves a big thank you from your top team, we’ll be making a bee line for this branch every time we get the train to visit our relatives or go to the centre of life, good job Sharon and thanks for normalising things and treating my son with dignity and respect x oh and ps he loves your hair Sharon xxx
