Friendly staff and a great selection of food options available. This subway is small and doesn't have a toaster but no where is perfect. Nicely located near the central station.
I went to this subway for years since i attended the college and the staff were great, always nice and had good laughs with them plus some of yall need to get over urselves its a sandwich shop not a VIP restaurant it wont be perfect
Subway is Subway, isn't it? I've had good ones and bad ones and this was a good one. Nice lad behind the counter, very friendly and hygienic. Made my sandwich quickly, offered me all the extras, did his thang. Unfortunately, two lads in front of me in the queue decided to order the most elaborate sandwiches known to man, which was a tad boring for me, but I wasn't waiting too long. Got my sandwich and got the hell outta there! Best of luck to the guy working there, I know Newcastle gonna be busy and wanting crazy sandwiches all night. Thank you!
Edit: I ate my sandwich while writing this and it was as expected, no surprise olives or anything which is always a great time.
Whoever suggested I put sriracha sauce on my sub needs a raise (excellent customer service!)

Was in here tuesday night and the poor lad at the counter was getting endless abuse of these radgies and somehow had the patience to deal with them gracefully while remaining positive, amazing customer service and staff.
Great service from Bradley what a legend. Bradley used his initiative to make sure other customers were not queuing for too long as we had a large order. Bradley was very friendly and offered a professional service. Well done Bradley 👏🏻👏🏻
Ezra was amazing. He was the only one on with the store filling up and he remained upbeat and friendly, making sure he was serving as quickly as possible without diminishing the customers experience.

Nothing outstanding but nothing to complain but either.
Small but compact shop. Would have been 5* but need more than 1 staff member in busy periods.
