Great service from Lisa. Clean, decent food, and a good bar with loads of room to sit down and relax before your flight. Easily the best bar in Newcastle airport.

Super early start for travelling after getting to the airport several hours before. Lisa was fantastic when we got to the bar. Lovely and friendly. Great service and food was great quality and considering we were in an airport not horrendously priced for the amount we got! Music was a little loud for me at 3:30am, but the whole place was clean and tidy when we arrived.

Having a few before our flight in Newcastle Airport. The staff are fantastic and one member of the team Katy was absolutely outstanding. Table service was fast and simply incredible. We didn't have food but the drink's were spot on. Much appreciated thank you to all working this morning x

Tayla let me know straight away that they didn’t have my preferred wine and why. Instead of leaving it there, she provided alternatives and I ended up with a lovely cold glass of white that I otherwise wouldn’t have chosen! Great speedy service, thanks Tayla
Can’t complain about the quality of the products or the friendliness of the staff as they are both on point. Prices though are a bit on the steep side. Two pints and a vodka with mixer over twenty six quid. Next time remind me to get a remortgage in principle decision before I order. Especially seeing as our flight is delayed by two hours due to industrial action by the French 🤷
Service from Stephen was amazing! Scrumptious food and place well kept and tidy. All staff are a credit to the airport experience and made me super duper excited for my holiday ahead!!!!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I was in your bar / restaurant today and I had the pleasure of speaking to a young lady called summer. I was watching her doing her job interacting and helping customers. I made it my personal
business to go and tell Summer what a great job I thought she was doing. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to and I really hope she’s on shift next holiday. Please thank Summer for a wonderful experience. She’s started our holiday off just how I’d like it to start …… fabulous 😊

Summer served me and my partner before we went on holiday and she was so sweet, absolutely fantastic and helped us the entire time before our flight ! Lovely person, would love to see her before my next holiday
Visited today before our Ibiza flight. Steph our bartender was absolutely amazing and served us within seconds! She went above and beyond and even ensured the prosecco was extra bubbly :) thanks Steph you made our entire holiday!!!
