Super early start for travelling after getting to the airport several hours before. Lisa was fantastic when we got to the bar. Lovely and friendly. Great service and food was great quality and considering we were in an airport not horrendously priced for the amount we got! Music was a little loud for me at 3:30am, but the whole place was clean and tidy when we arrived.

Having a few before our flight in Newcastle Airport. The staff are fantastic and one member of the team Katy was absolutely outstanding. Table service was fast and simply incredible. We didn't have food but the drink's were spot on. Much appreciated thank you to all working this morning x

What great service from a really decent young lad. My table number wouldn’t register for some reason so I asked a member of staff, Matthew for help. The bar was very busy and I was alone so didn’t want to lose my seat as I’d waited quite a long time to get one. Matthew suggested I use a different table number and he would go and sort it. He was back with my order within 5 minutes. It’s very rare to see such good service from people these days but very much appreciated.

Was a little apprehensive to order when I saw the queue with a three year old in tow. Queue went down really fast (both times as my little one decided she wanted some toast), served both times by Josh and Nelly. Really polite, well mannered, quick and efficient. Definitely put us at ease for the start of our holiday….thanks guys!!

Visited today before our Ibiza flight. Steph our bartender was absolutely amazing and served us within seconds! She went above and beyond and even ensured the prosecco was extra bubbly :) thanks Steph you made our entire holiday!!!

Can’t complain about the quality of the products or the friendliness of the staff as they are both on point. Prices though are a bit on the steep side. Two pints and a vodka with mixer over twenty six quid. Next time remind me to get a remortgage in principle decision before I order. Especially seeing as our flight is delayed by two hours due to industrial action by the French 🤷

Cora was absolutely amazing today before we flew! My son spilt his drink and she was so quick and happy to help to clear it up! She even gave me son another drink and not a lot of people would have done that. What an absolute credit to your team she is. Happy and really lovely girl. Thank you Cora for too service today xxx
