Part of city pub crawl , great variety of music , great service. Gas chamber drink was interesting to try. I've enjoyed myself.

This bar is a lovely place to go on a night out wether that is for a few cocktails or something heavier. I have been coming to empress since my first year of uni . All the staff are delightful and there is always a deal you can take advantage of.

It's not really my type of music but we came here a few weeks back and had a good time, room for people to dance, but also places you can sit and have a drink and a chat. The real plus to my visit though was the staff, Andrea (I think she was called Andrea!) was on the door and very professional and incredibly kind. We need more people like her working in town! It was very refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about the safety of her customers.

Came out with friends for a 40th birthday. Great atmosphere. Great music. 2 4 1 drinks while we were there. DJ was tremendous. Will go again
