We discovered BESR Newcastle through Instagram it was so worth it! Unbelievable amount of choices for burgers, can create your own. Even the fussiest of eaters would be able to get a meal here. Staff are so friendly and chatty, as it was quiet we got talking with staff and found out they had only opened on Friday! The atmosphere is great, diner style but with a quirk on it. I had the Honey, I'm home! Burger and my partner had the Mint Twist. The best burger I've had, lookig forward to returning and trying out other options in the menu. Has vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan options.
One of the most unique burger menus I've seen since first visiting Fat Hippo years ago. Everything was spot on in terms of taste and presentation and the overall vibe of the restaurant is chill and enjoyable.
Me, my husband and 2 kids on way home from holiday popped in for lunch, we are from Scotland. 1 of the best burgers we have had in a long time. Our daughter can be a fussy eater at times and she loved it. Food was freshly cooked to order & presentation was lovely thank you 😊

Amazing quality beef burger, also tried the halloumi and salmon which was surprisingly tasty too. Really tasty not overly greasy. I got a takeaway as the restaurant feels a little odd, it was empty with no atmosphere on a friday night.
Went to the amazing restaurant recently and I LOVED it. Food was spot on, ambiance was perfect, great for taking my family and also a quick stop off for lunch. Friendly staff made the visit comfortable for us too. Loved it.
Have tried this restaurant based on Google reviews as I love to explore more varieties. Have tried burgers and milkshakes which tasted scrumptious....presentation is just amazing also the staff. Quick and clean service 👌
