Mondays here is NEBULA a peer led mental health group, if you are in the Newhaven area pop along to see us room 4 from 2:00 every Monday except bank holidays. You'll never regret it. Keep your eyes peeled for the Artisan Craft Fayre here 16th September.

I attend an excellent weekly folk session run by Nick Pynn. Violin, cello, flute, mandolin and guitar. We are led by Nick to learn to play various folk tunes. It is a privilege to be inspired by such an expert and likeable person as Nick.

It serves good healthy food in the cafe and the people there are friendly. They have a film club that shows some pretty good films and there's also a storytelling group that runs storytelling events. Oh, and most importantly the place is not pretentious.

This place is truly one of a kind. They have a cafe and countless wonderful activities to participate in. The people who run it and work there are very special. If you haven't been before then you definitely should go. We have done numerous art courses, family games evenings etc. And always had an amazing time, feeling a part of something.

With a fascinating setting, surrounded by community endeavour and local produce too. You will also find this old school building open daily (Just let yourself in) for delicious and excellent value home cooked lunches and light snacks / home baking etc... A great local discovery that deserves a 'Heads Up' :-D
