Amazing food and service! I think it's one of the best Indian restaurants we've ever been to and we've seen many around the world. We have gone many times since we lived here and will continue to go often. The butter chicken and korma are excellent. We also love the coconut rice and fig naan. We've tried many things on the menu, and you just can't really go wrong.
I highly recommend such a lovely place.

Fabulous quality food and friendly service, I was quickly seated and served. The menu is straightforward and the food is prepared to order. The flavours are unique and unlike many restaurants, the food isn't oily or sharp tasting - the spices are cooked properly and blended with ingredients that balance the flavours. The rice was fresh and fluffy and the garlic naan was light and flavoursome. Thank you to the nice young man who served me, good luck with your MBA studies!

Me and my family absolutely love this restaurant, we visit this twice every weekend my parents visit me! Pictures 1-3 show a variety of curries we like (korma, tikka, butter chicken, Dhaba, a paneer curry) + rice and garlic naans! In the last pictures, you can see the tasting menu, which was also really good and filling. The prices are extremely reasonable given the incredible and unmatched quality of the food. Without a doubt, the best Indian food we have ever tried thus far. The staff are always incredibly lovely, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is cosy and quiet.

Excellent restaurant in heart of Newmarket with friendly welcome and beautifully cooked food. Menu has less choice than many curry houses but each dish shows more care and attention as a result. Very busy but enough staff to cope and service still excellent.

We were in the area and took a punt. What a lovely experience. The food is a cut above your general curry and it was great to see railway curry. For those who have experienced this in India this is the real deal. We ordered a selection of all sorts and loved it all. Will definitely come back. We are total curry nuts. Not a vindaloo or madras in sight!!

Excellent service, great staff, and really outstanding, memorable food with clean and fresh flavours. Try ALL of the chutneys with the poppadoms, try the fig and coriander naan, if you have room, try the seared pineapple dessert.

I’ve been here multiple times for both takeaway and dine in. It’s the best Indian in the area. I understand that the food is inspired by the Kerala region, providing lots of choice and new dishes that you don’t normally find on an Indian menu. All food is fresh, fragrant and full of flavour. Staff are always excellent - very hospitable, prompt and friendly. The restaurant has great decor and a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend!

This was the best Indian cuisine experience we have had so far after many travels. The service was exquisite, and the food itself was incredibly flavourful. The restaurant was decorated stylishly and the price was more than reasonable. Will definitely return again.

Lovely interior decor, pleasant staff, lovely food, and a great range of food options. More seafood options than you'd usually see from an Indian restaurant, and the biryanis come with a pastry topping too, which I love. I'd definitely go again next time I'm in Newmarket.

Hands down the best curry I’ve ever had! The chicken tikka masala was delicious and the lamb shank melted off the bone. The service from all the staff was perfect. Could not fault anything!

We were due to come home from a long bank holiday weekend in Norfolk. This restaurant was about half way from home and we thought we would dine in to break our journey. I called on Friday night out of hours, and I got call a call on Saturday morning to confirm my lunchtime reservation.
This restaurant did not disappoint.
I would recommend the Malabar Kanthari Chicken Curry.

We were only in Newmarket for one night & so glad we went to Rose & Mango. The food was beautiful presented incredibly tasting & an absolute delight. Every member of staff was so friendly and efficient. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.

Great food!!! Can’t fault it!! Service is ok you might have to ask for a drink or your food 2-4 times before you get it but the staff are friendly. It can get quite loud in the back of the restaurant during busy times which could be a problem for anyone with sensory difficulties. I really like this restaurant and have been back a few times so would highly recommend.
