What a hidden gem. Open in the evening for dinner. Had seabass with gnocchi and ratatouille- delicious! The brownie and vanilla ice cream also stars. All prices excellent value, much better food than many Cambridge restaurants at much better prices. Lovely people too. Take a trip and visit.
Free car parking in the evening nearby too.

The best burger I've eaten in the UK. All the dishes they serve are exquisite. The attention is first class. They make you feel at home, it is a very cozy place. Cleanliness and order 10 points. I recommend it 100%

Nice environment and really good service, was welcomed at the door immediately and offered a table outside (with heater/blankets) until one became available inside. Food is interesting with plenty of options for veggies. Reasonably priced too.

Me and my husband visited yesterday for a breakfast, it was our first time here walking pass the breakfast looked nice so we thought we would stop. On arrival the waitress was lovely, we ordered our food which took about 20 minutes to come, but when it arrived it was lukewarm and the sausage was pink inside my husband was very unsure on whether to eat it or not, the eggs on toast if it was a little hotter wouldn’t have been perfect. Overall I do not think we would return unfortunately.

My wife and I were visiting a Xmas fair at the racecourse and decided to drive into the town centre for lunch. After passing a few chain cafes and pubs we found ourselves in the shops behind the Main Street. There we came across The Pantry. What a gem , glad we did not stop at Greggs (which is still Ok) . We were shown to our table and given a menu by nice young lady. We both ordered BLT sandwiches and a tea. It was the nicest BLT I had tasted for ages. Two large pots of tea arrived and a very pleasant lunch we had . Good atmosphere and everything seemed to work like clockwork. Will definitely be coming again when we are in Newmarket again. Well done guys

A gorgeous small eatery that has a small but vast range of meals. Their buffalo cauliflower is to die for, and their puddings are mouthwatering. I would recommend this to families, couples and friends!

Absolutely amazing service and fabulous cheesecake. Couldn't fault any of it.

The food was exceptionally delicious. The Mojito was one of the best I've had in years. The atmosphere was cozy and the music gentle. The wait staff was on point and very courteous. My compliments the the cheif. I will be returning.

One of my all time favorite restaurants in Newmarket. Eggs Royale and vegetarian breakfast are made to perfection every time. Best customer service and fair prices.

Good food good atmosphere. Almost always busy and have to stand queue for table. Food is highly priced. Manager was very pleasant and explained why the long wait and took a bit off the bill to apologise.

Second time at this location first time I had eggs benedict which was very delicious the second time I had the Vegan breakfast which was pretty good except for we asked for no beetroots but still got them and the eggs were runny which I do not like but the fruit scone was very delicious and the tea with cream 😋 customer service was great

Somewhere decent to eat. Reasonably priced. Has outside space if you have a dog. Visited again 3 weeks ago without the dog. Very impressed by the staffing.
Very polite and well trained with helpful suggestions as to what was available to eat. Although the place was very busy attention to detail did not fail. A thoroughly enjoyable place to be in

If you haven't been , you need to go ...

We were booked in for a pre racing meal. Considering there were not many other customers we thought we waited a rather long time between courses. The food was nice but wouldn't say it was anything special. The Wine we requested wasn't available (rose) so had to go with an alternative white which again was OK.
Three of the party had desserts and we're a little underwhelmed.
Just my personal opinion and we tried here as we had heard it was really good.
I rate it as just OK.

Right here goes - quite simply the best! I am a regular and have never been disappointed. Staff are so professional

Shame about the lager though as the draft was a beer instead

Popped in for quick lunch whilst shopping in Newmarket. Had the ploughmans platter. Very tasty. Also the cheese scones were delish. Definitely go back again.

Mmm yummy food!
Once again I had the fantastic starter of lambs devilled kidneys (just can't keep away from them) then the special board mussel and chips for my main course.
Could not fault anything.
The only downside is no room for dessert
