Quality ingredients are used in their extensive menu. I Love the appetizers not typical of many UK Chinese menus, Stir fry chicken to wrap in lettuce leaves has become a favourite, very light and the texture is amazing. Not what you expect from the description. Adding the fried vegetables to your order is a good idea, as many dishes do not contain veg, plenty to share. The Fountain features attentive service and a gracious host.

Our Waitress was hopeless, but the order was correct and the food was very nice. Was clean, inviting and we were not hurried at all.

Best Chinese I have had for years, menu is very much at the pricey end of Chinese but when is all is cooked to order with generous top quality ingredients it would be mean to complain.
