First visit today for breakfast.
Firstly we had a warm welcome, the cafe is very clean, there are lots of breakfast choices and options to customise.
The coffee is excellent, and there were lots if choices for hot drinks and cold drinks.
I had the eggs Benedict, it is my favourite breakfast treat and it didn't disappoint! The presentation was beautiful and not what I expected, I added extra hash browns and I'm pretty sure I won't need to eat again until tea time.
There is a specials board and it had lots of delicious home made lunch and dinner options such as ribs, lasagne, kebabs, cottage pie.
I wish I would have paid more attention to other items on the menu but I have a one track mind when I'm hungry!
The toilets were clean with a baby change table and the cafe is spacious so you wouldn't need to worry about getting a pram in!
I will be back! I thoroughly enjoyed myself!
The food was great. It was warm good sized portion. It was nice. Definitely work a bag for the nice decent lunch

We decided to wander around Newmarket, pop to the pub and to choose the BLD Restaurant and Café in The Rookery Centre for late lunch.
Tables were spotlessly clean, and done so between different customers, service was friendly, polite and swift and the food/drinks really very nice indeed.
Filled baguette, scrambled eggs on toast, Club Sandwich & chips, tea and coffees followed by wedges of gorgeous cake and cheesecake with more drinks.
The menu caters for varied tastes and appetites and is defo great value for money... we'll be going back without a doubt.

This place feels cozy as soon as you walk in, the service is fast and feels caring as well!
The food now was the best, I got the Newmarket Breakfast since it was my first time here and everything on that plate was delicious!
I even cleaned up the plate, it was a good amount of food to not feel very full and over stuffed, it was a good amount!
The hot latte by itself is also great, good balance of espresso and milk, no bitter taste at all.
10/10 need to bring more of my friends and family here, best 1st experience.
Family run restaurant, staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu available with plenty of choice. Is very reasonably priced and food is homemade and very good
Nice food but a little expensive. Staff where nice. Cafe was clean and tidy.
Great place with a reliable quality and level of service. We regularly go for a good cooked breakfast, and our daughter loves the spaghetti carbonara. We always leave feeling satisfied
