dan on the bar is my literal favourite he’s always such a good man n friendly n everytime i come here from liverpool my first thought is if my fav bartenders in. he deserves some more appreciation 🤍🤍 truly boosts the whole spoons experience xx

We stopped in for a quick chicken burger and a beer on a random Wednesday evening. Food was standard spoons grub, my only criticism was that the side of halloumi was burnt, but we still ate it! I had one of the cask ales which was well kept. The place was clean and tidy, staff were brilliant and the atmosphere was standard spoons.

Had a large mixed grill, wasn't massively impressed all the meats kinda tasted the same. However, for the price, it's probably worth it. Service was great and staff friendly. Would return but order something different.

Nice and spacious pub located along the High Street. Good value drinks and reasonable priced food items... staff is efficient and friendly during our visit
