This pub has now become our favourite local. The food is lovely, we are gradually working our way through the menu and have not been disappointed. Roxa and Michael are wonderful hosts and always make us feel welcome. Can’t wait for the summer so we can enjoy the great outdoor space they have created Thank you Theresa & Trevor x

In tumultuous times we all need a place like this, where people welcome you as family and we can share our experiences in our quest for eternal happiness. An overall vibe of love and kindness stimulates exchange of ideas on the cutting edge of the spiritual and natural sciences, which is how we connect and make friends for life. Thank you, Roxa, Micheal and staff!

I’ve been a great fan of the food here since my very first visit, but that is just one of many things that have made me fall in love with the pub. The owners have brought markets, live music, and charity drives to our community and open their doors to all sorts of events. I’ve hosted holidays in their cozy snug and danced to amazing bands playing out in the garden. The Wheatsheaf Inn makes Exning village just a little more special and I feel lucky to live by such a great pub.

Had a last minute requirement to stay in the area and Roxa sorted a room for us. Had a lovely stay, Roxa and team are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the freshly cooked food in the evening was tasty and great value. Good choice for staying in the area and new beer garden almost ready.

Location for Newmarket superb, price exceptionally good value, rooms quite small, bed reasonably comfortable, everything in room clean. Great for a night or two but possibly not longer. Located in a quiet village. Parking not really available, area too small but on-road parking is good. Would stay again if going racing.

Nice little pub. A bit tucked out of the way but great atmosphere and friendly staff and customers for my lunchtime visit. Good food too. Dog friendly.
