Had a takeaway this evening , chicken madras , saag aloo , absolutely delicious . I use Limes regularly and they never fail to deliver beautiful food , certainly the best Indian in Newmarket by a long way and probably for a considerable distance around . Try them , you will not be disappointed .
Had a takeaway delivered this evening after receiving brochure through the post today, from a village who is outside the radius of anyone delivering we are both delighted to of availed of this service. it was absolutely delicious both my partner and I were very happy. It is the nicest Indian we have had in a long time. Try them everybody you will not be disappointed .
The food is excellent. Really nice authentic Asian curries available. The Naga curries are nice and spicy and this is the best Indian in Newmarket. The food is halal and reasonably priced. They are only available for collection and takeaway but it is worth it.
I have been living in Newmarket for one year. recently I was trying to have a Indian food, I was told by my work mate I should try Lime Indian takeaway @ valley way. I used them last few days ago and I must say the food is extremely tasty and full of flavours' also I recommends others curry lovers they should give them a try you would be amazed. I must say I was missing the freshness of Indian food in the Newmarket town.
This was the best Indian cuisine experience I have had so far after many travels. The service was exquisite, and the food itself was incredibly flavourful. The restaurant was decorated stylishly and the price was more than reasonable. Will definitely return again.
🚗 Parking: Ample parking available on the main road, takeaway is based in residential area.
🍔🥃 Food/Drinks: Great selection of authentic Indian food. I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty sheekh kebab and delicious succulent chicken tikka. Establishment serves a range of canned drinks.
🎎 Service: Service was great, as expected for a family run business.
🧐 Final thoughts: Would I come here again? Without doubt, I will be ordering again for all my Indian food needs. 🤤
delicious food, i got a chicken madras, keema rice, peshwari naan and onion bhajis all for around £20! lovely delivery man, and came fairly quickly and was still piping hot on arrival. generous portions and included a couple of free popadoms. thankyou guys :)

Good tasty food, big portions and loads of chicken, and it was hot (heat not spice) Had Chicken Tikka Bhuna, Onion Bhajis and rice. However, order via Just Eat as it’s cheaper! Also ordered for collection at 8:30, arrived at 8:15 and food was ready, on the plus side it was nice it was ready, on the other hand if I arrived on time it would’ve been sat there going cold. I think ordering when they’re not busy (I ordered in a Wednesday) they’ve got a bit more time.
I have been having takeaways from the lime every Friday for 10 years. The food is delicious and just keeps getting better and better
