Probably the best Burger King we've had. The food was hot, a rarity in most BK's, and the burgers were well filled. I like the new screen order system and the help yourself soft drinks. I always want more than one drink, so this was great.
The tables could be cleaner, but the other facilities were clean and maintained.
Staff were pleasant.
I like it here. Customer service is on average v good. But the nettles are everywhere - the carpark is pretty kuch a dump they certainly don't seem to have a budget for outside maintenance! And they could do with improving the cleaning up services after people leave the table - I could barely find a table that wasn't crumbs and greasy.
It was quick lost of choice and plenty of places to sit the drive through looked busy so a popular place . Service was good . Food was hot and right so that's a winner
Went through the drive through tonight with nobody else there. My questions about the menu were answered as I hadn't been to Burger King for a few years. The ordering was simple and the collection point was sheltered from the rain.
After going to Mc Donald's regularly, you forget just how tasty the Burger King burgers are. Oh and the burger you receive actual look like the photos and aren't a floppy mess.
Will ALWAYS go to a BK over a Maccies. I mean a Bacon Double Cheeseburger will beat anything. Annoyingly the last time I was here the drinks machine wasn't working
I do not like the auto ordering system distracting you every press of trying to order what you want, asking if you want to add this that and the other or upsize, very annoying.
Stopped for lunch with one of my colleagues on our way to visit a customer. Our experience was great! Food was good, service by Lisa and the team was fast and friendly. Don't know what more you could ask for
It was clean. Food was good, fresh and hot.
Drive through was very efficient food was piping hot and order was bang on, even during a busy period, certainly better than the last time I went there! Easy parking but I can’t say for inside as have never been in, only used the drive through.
