The fettuccine alfredo was so disappointing! Completely bland, clearly the chef did not taste the dish before sending it out : ( the wife ate the chicken, which also wasn't that great). HOW COULD THEY CHARGE FOR FOOD LIKE THIS. I DON'T GET THE REVIEWS.
The calzone is definitely a go to here...it's worth easily 4 stars. The dough was fresh and the sauce is so tasty.
What a waste of money for the pasta though. Paid $37.50 for both, should have gone somewhere else. I would not recommend this place. Sad :(

Ordered a catered dinner for 40 people and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone raved about the taste and authenticity. Lots of leftovers…yummm!! LBF was also very accommodating when it came to providing meals for several gluten free guests. Always love the Let’s be Frank experience!

The food is amazing. My daughter had an amazing pasta dish for lunch and brought home a lasagna for the family. Best lasagna ever - homemade and authentic Italian.

I don't understand some of the recent reviews as I have been coming here SINCE they opened and have felt costumer service is the main thing that sets this place apart from other places in Newmarket. It is a small family owned business where everyone works their heart out all day and truly do value their costumers.
It is a place where customers come in week in week out and the relationship is more than just hi and bye. I have a conversation with the owners and staff all the time and they are always happy and joking around. If anyone is calling them rude or argumentative, that just isn't the case at large, and I am sure we ALL have bad days.
I would advise those of you bashing a small family businesses DURING a pandemic that has led to being understaffed and overwork, to re-evaluate yourselves.
If you are interested in eating McDonalds, no one is stopping you, I'll stick to Let's Be Frank.

Fresh pizza $10 for small size (6 slices)... Very tasty pasta $14-18... Too bad the lasagna is not vegetarian, so we didn't get to try. Portion is big so we didn't have room for cake which we bought one to take home. Order from the front ,menu above the kitchen , find a table yourself, they bring the food to you. TV repeats tango and dance episodes which is fascinating. Salmon penne has very little salmon but tonnes of favor. Frank special pasta is a little plain but it's good during lent. Rice ball with cheese is super good! Staffs are friendly and welcoming. I saw frozen pasta and lasagna for sale. Will come back if I'm in the area. Very nice decor.

Meals are quick and tasty and well priced. I had sausage and spinach with penne, the noodles nicely al dente.
Cafeteria style, order and pay, they bring it to the table. Enjoyable meal!

We bought food from there last night and was so disappointed. There was barely any flavour to the pasta.. their chicken wings were awful! Again no flavour, salt or spices. The portion was not representative of the price as well.
Never going there again.
