Called up to see if they were still serving as most other pubs had shut for the afternoon. The lady was friendly and polite and reserved a table for us.
Lovely setting and larger inside than it looks. Drinks were ordered and served quickly. Good choice of food available which was served with a smile

I've driven past this pub so many times going to and from work that it was nice to finally get around to having lunch there with my wife. It has good parking and is nice inside. There were a few nice hand pulled beers and the menu was varied with something for most people. Good friendly service and

We arrived here after a journey from Nottingham, and we had a lovely time. The locals were really friendly and the staff were very welcoming also. The food was good pub food.
