Highly recommended, especially the Chicken Supreme really tender & very tasty. The Lemon Eton Mess was delicious very lemony. Staff were really welcoming & friendly. The Manor provide a shuttle service to & from the restaurant.

Overall a good experience. Only let down by the crème brulee but to be fair they did take it off the bill. Really deserves four and a half stars. Friendly helpful staff.

A charming restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. Our first visit to Rafters was a success, the menu was excellent. Beautiful position with magnificent views of the countryside from the dining room. Taya, the member of the staff who served us, is definitely one of the reasons I would return. She is a very bright, enthusiastic and active young lady who provided us with an overall 10/10 experience!

One of the many restaurants located in this lovely resort. Pork belly as starter was without much flavour. Salmon skin was very crispy and tasty. Although they got our bill wrong in the end. Would recommend for the view and atmosphere of the resort.

Lovely restaurant, attentive staff & amazing food! Stone Bass with Saffron Pearl potatoes and Halibut with Mussels were both delicious. Chocolate parfait with peanut butter ice cream and caramelised banana was divine but the Raspberry Opera looked more impressive than it tasted. Definitely worth a visit whether you're staying at the Celtic Manor or not. Would certainly recommend and re-visit.

Didn't take many photos of the food as I was busy enjoying myself! The food was delicious and the staff were excellent. The guy at the front desk was amazing while we waited for the shuttle back to the hotel, It was very late so he showed us around a little which was lovely. We had a 3 course meal and so full by the time we finished desserts which was yum! Can't wait to visit again.

Lovely hotel. Bit complicated to know where to go on the drive in, but soon sorted. Underground parking. First 3 hours free with various rates up to £15 for overnight. Check in easy and our rooms were ready even though we were early for check in. Reception area beautifully decorated for Xmas. Plenty of seating in bar area. Room was lovely with soft and firmer pillows and bed very comfortable. Bathroom nice and clean. Haven't given 5 stars as toilet wouldn't flush even after maintenance man said it was working properly. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge with various drinks which are applied to your bill when you take them out of the fridge. No hair dryer in room but one sent up when we phoned housekeeping. Breakfast was fine, usual choices available. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate brought to your table. Drink prices were as you would expect for this class of hotel. Gin and tonic was £7.90, flavoured gin about a pound more. Bottle of sparkling rosé was £38. Bottle of sparkling water around £3. We came for the Vegas evening in Rafters. Food was beautiful, 3 bottles of wine on the table. We had £300 of pretend money to gamble with or there was a disco to dance the night away. A thoroughly enjoyable night away either friends. Look forward to my nectar stay
