The food looked lovely and the coffee when it was made was delicious too… only let down is the customer service. Understandable when busy staff are likely to be stressed, but the lady serving us had an instant attitude than wasn’t at all …
Great staff and coffee with the exception of the manager.. Moody, miserable and downright rude...has never heard of good manners like a simple please or thank you.... Such a shame as the rest of the lovely staff are always great....

Good experience every time. Great coffee and friendly staff. Atmosphere is always good despite it being more open plan than other smaller Nero cafes. Love it's location too!
