Always come in here during a night out but came in today for a Sunday dinner and it was banging. Would highly recommend. Great staff and great food. Think we may come here every week.
Love the staff and food is great, always music to sing along too need to change the music during time when there's no singers on karaoke but wouldn't fault the friendly fellow customers that use this pub

The service is always friendly, efficient and the price of drinks is reasonable too.
Recently attended the first Sunday Quiz Night - only £1 per person. It was great fun and had an amazing atmosphere.
If you haven't popped in before, it is genuinely worth a visit!
Excellent local pub, great choice of drinks, excellent food at reasonable prices (probably the cheapest Sunday lunch in newport) lots of entertainment (disco, karaoke, pub quiz ect) Tony and the team have gone above and beyond to turn this pub around to provide the ultimate pub/club experience
David the bar-man was a fantastic individual & what an intense puffy ginger moustache he wears & wears it proudly. He served me a small whisky mixed with a hint of custard. I hope to see him again & that moustache again x
Popped in earlier 4 a pint and a brekkie. Fp lovely lady behind the bar serving. Food was absolutely lush. Didn't mind the wait because it was all cooked fresh. Will definitely be back again

Went to the Windsor Castle for lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff were really friendly, there was a lovely atmosphere and the food excellent and reasonably priced. We were all very impressed.
