I think it was the best coffee in my life. I ordered a decaffeinated coconut milk cappuccino and honestly didn't expect anything. But he was simply divine! Thanks to the guy in the glasses who made it, he perfectly whipped milk (I myself am a barista in the past and it’s hard to surprise me)! Boy, you made my evening! Thank you! I regret not leaving a tip, my train was coming. Thank you so much, it was great coffee!
1 of the best lattes i have had in the whole country. Im not sure what coffee beans you have but they are up there with the best of them. Beats Starbucks and Costa on taste of the coffee beans alone. Also cheaper. Well done. Will be back looking forward to my next one.

Coffee is fine, far better than bitter beans you get at Starbucks or Costa.
Service was quick and prices are only slightly above average with a flat white being £3.20
Service with a smile and very helpful. Bought a lovely dark hot chocolate and in a full cup too. Everything I won't get at Costa.

We didn't try the coffee, but they have an excellent selection of vegan sweet and savoury things that were ridiculously delicious and very fresh. Super reasonable prices and friendly staff. As the great man said, 'Excellent Munchables'.
Fantastic place with a wide selection of coffees and nibbles catering perfectly for the time conscious traveller. This is my favourite coffee shop and they really look after me from the moment I step into the store. From remembering my previous orders to efficient handling and even giving me an IOU when I forgot my wallet!
I can't praise them enough and of course it goes without saying that I wouldn't dream if going anywhere else. An all round highly positive experience that has been made possible by people who really get coffee and quality service.
Recommended wholeheartedly. If you haven't had a cup of Hi coffee, you really need to try it today!

Had a fantastic experience here and would wholeheartedly recommend the place to everyone that is looking for an authentic coffee-house quality coffee for a very reasonable price. I was passing through on my way back home and even though I am only in Newport on business now and again, I will definitely be back. The nibbles aren't too bad either! A+++
