Been using tamarind for a while. Food is always excellent and the staff are usually very good. Went there tonight and the girl at the counter was awful
No customer service skills no personality and what a complete let down for a takeaway that is very good.
She had a stinking attitude and have not a clue about the menu or how to take a order. I will not be going in there again if she is there. What shame that the actions of one person reflects so badly on a takeaway that are worthy of 5 stars for there food

I always leave a review until I have eaten twice from a place.
Both times have been absolutely lovely. Onion bhaji have a really tasty, crispy batter. All curries we have had a creamy and full of flavour.
They kindly deliver to us all the way out in Whitson

I really should just leave the photo here and enough said! However, really rate and recommend. Had an issue a few weeks ago (not completely their fault) and they went above and beyond to sort it. Beautiful food, always hot, amazing customer service, treating their customers right. Highly recommended most of the menu and the snack boxes are amazing aswell. We often have takeaways from here and everytime they do not disappoint. We vary the starters and mains and every meal is unique in flavour. I rate it the best curry house in Newport!
