Ciderhouse

We stopped in during our trip to Newport and while the overall experience was nice, there were a couple things that sort of caused a hitch in giving our time 5 stars. We arrived the first time at about 2:40 and are told they closed between 2 and 4 which was fine and not a problem. We returned the next evening for dinner and had the chance to sit down for the full experience. The biggest issue we found was when our meal was served and the medium burger my boyfriend ordered arrived close to frozen in the middle. They were very accommodating and took care of it, but it took a good amount of time to get his food back and cooked properly so we did play the waiting game. When we were able to eat, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. We had a good time, but just hope our next visit is a little better.
