Thank you very much we had an amazing experience here and the coffee was amazing. Easy to get to and We had great Service, If you want to be treated like a valued guest this is the spot for you. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee. You did not feel rushed you could enjoy your drink. We will be returning soon.

Ordered delivery tonight it was not great. Soup was barely warm and the bread was tossed in the bag without being wrapped. Salad was good, but the scone variety pack was all blueberry.

It's Panera. What else can you say healthy and nice. With some friends why leave? Got some couches and a fire place. Get the strawberry salad while it's still here tho. So good!

Worst Panera ever! We asked for cream cheese with herbs, they gave us regular cream cheese. Don't tell you if anything is sold out. Asked for napkins and told us they didn't have any. They were at the back of the store but they were too lazy to tell us where they were. Ask for dine-in and the packaged us to go with no plates. There are flys everywhere. Not professional at all. They cannot answer some of the easiest questions.

Not sure if this was a COVID thing or not, but this location seemed very discombobulated in serving their guests and didn't offer the usual breakfast options that all other Paneras typically do. We had visited the same location 8 months prior (pre-COVID) and it had been fine.

Worst possible service ever. I order 2 bagels toasted and it took over 15 minutes. When I asked why so much delayed, the very unpleasant lady said well we are delayed so you better take a refund. This is when 3 people in the back were not doing anything. Never again.
