Chick-fil-a

The young man (Daniel) who took my order was SUPER PLEASANT and very well spoken. I watched him prior to him taking my order, he wasn't just standing there waiting for the cars to approach him, he would finish one order, then HE WOULD WALK TO THE NEXT CAR!!!! THIS YOUNG MAN displayed a excellent example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Give him a raise, so he sticks around!!!!!!

Foods good but parking is AWFUL. we left out from getting food Inside and there us no safe walkway. NONE. it's like a trap two lane Nascar event. No walking path what so ever for customers to exit. It's sad. My husband literally grabbed me and maybe saved my life from a lady doing 40 around the loop to hurry up and get in line for her chicken sandwich. It may sound dramatic but it was and I was scared and so was he and that lady was terrified she almost hit us. So her fault and chick filas for not creating a safe environment for guest. My husband said we are NEVER going back to that location which is sad because its so close to our house and a quick go to. Sad.

BAD SERVICE… second time I a row!… I ordered a chicken deluxe and specifically told the girl who took my order no to put pickles on my sandwich three times. I grab my order drove away and got to my office in the Cincinnati side, opened my sandwich and it had tons of pickles…😠 second time in a row… I HATE PICKLES. I hate the taste of it and even if I remove them from my sandwich the taste still there - really bad service…

Chick-Fil-A chicken is the Best chicken I have EVER had. It's Fresh! Moist and down right DELICIOUS! I've always went thru the drive thru and the line can be long at times, two lines running back to back but ALWAYS fast and EVERY TIME the order is RIGHT EVERY TIME! I've had $50 orders at times and it's ALWAYS been correct. I've NEVER had to "pull up" and wait for my order😁💯
