Noodles & Company

I hate to say this because I love this restaurant. Today at 8:20p 5/18/22 the restaurant was in a complete disarray. Food all over the counters and floor, Sticky tables, the tea is uncovered and there was a bad odor from employees. This was all very disappointing. My daughters food came out cold, when my food came out I was charged an extra dollar for an add-on that I never received. I purchased my food at 8:22 PM and did not receive it until exactly 8:59pm Someone needs to hire some decent people to run this place. I know one thing, it’s definitely hurt me from returning. By the way, check out the refill food trays stacked on top of each other in the picture, then feeding people from them. Good way to get food poisoning and more.

My daughter and I had lunch there today. I needed to use the bathroom and to my surprise BOTH bathrooms were labeled gender neutral. I understand the need to include everyone but that should ALSO include my children and I. We are female and deserve privacy. I will NEVER spend another penny in this place! I would give negative stars if possible🙄

I usually love Noodles & Company but this location I do not recommend. Kitchen is SO SLOW, I can't even list how many things they got wrong on our 6 persons order. Some food came out ice cold ( chicken) and I had to wait 20 min or more, and ask 5+ times to get a semi warm serving. No one there seems to care. Most orders, in store or carryout, seemed to be messed up the night we came, Try another one..

They had a busy rush on a Sunday night for to go orders & the manager (I’m assuming, it was the one with the black shirt) kept every calm & asked every single person who was waiting for their order, what their name was & told them how long it would be. She was very attentive & acted well under high pressure. Coming from a former Noodles & Co worker from the Deerfield store in Mason, I commend her & how she handled everything.

DO NOT EAT AT NEWPORT LOCATION!!! I was the only person in the restaurant and it took over 45 minutes to get my bowl of chicken noodle soup and penne rosa. After 30 minutes one of the 'cooks' came back out of the back area CHEWING SOME FOOD while trying to finish the chicken noodle soup (definitely did not wash hands first). He apparently didnt realize there was supposed to be chicken in it so had to send it back and took another 15 minutes to get it right. Penne Rosa had been sitting out the whole time and got cold. Also tasted terrible when i finally ate it... like they accidentally dumped way too much salt on it. Overall terrible in every way.
