Buffalo Wild Wings

Tried this place while on a trip. There was no hostess in the position when we arrived. We waited 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Several waiters walked past us. Finally got seated & was not busy. Waitress immediately took our drink order. We ordered wings & street tacos. Both were good. Standard good coming from a chain restaurant.

I'm highly disappointed with my order. I ordered 5 mango habanero wings, 5 lemon pepper wings, and an order of wedges, with a lemonade. All of my food was horrible! It tasted old and refried. The wings were hard, there was more lemon pepper seasoning in the corner of the box than there was on the actual chicken wings. The fries were burned and crunchy like I was eating chips. Just gross. You can even visibly see it, I wish I would've checked my order before I left..even though I shouldn't have to. The cook clearly didn't care about quality of the food, because if they did they would've never sent that out to a customer. I would've took it back if I hadn't already made it back to work, but the employees were apologetic and issued me a credit. It wasn't their fault, so that was nice. The lemonade was the best part of my meal.

Came here to eat lunch with my mom. Not watch her eat hers before getting mine. Not busy. I ordered a burger and fries she ordered a salad and fries. She got her fries and salad 20ish or more mins before I decided I was sending my food back whether I received it or not. When I told the food runner I didn’t want the food. She threw the food on the table and said I’ll get your server. The Asst manager came by and explained that they had moved to a new process of serving food hot and fresh and that if we wanted our food at the same time we would need to let our server know in the future. Let me know that he realized the burger took 20 extra mins to come out so he would comp it and asked me if I wanted it back. No way in hell I would except food I sent back after it was thrown at me once and now out of sight. FYI.

It’s usually slow service if you dine in, but your order will be correct and you don’t have to ask the wait staff for much - so I will give them credit where it’s due. Carry out has always been great! Order is correct and food is hot, fresh, and on time. I like this location, but I would suggest carry out over dine in.

My family was seated immediately and our server promptly came and took our order. That being said about 45 minutes later my children's food came out while my wife and I were waiting for our food to come out which was just boneless wings after about an hour of waiting I asked to speak to the manager to find out where our food was and then 20 minutes later our boneless wings finally arrived at our table. They they were not fresh and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for about an hour and 20 minutes. I wouldn't recommend going to this BW3s!!! PS: three tables that were sat after us all received their food before we received ours but had a different server!!!
