Every time I pull up my food be hot and delicious… love peace and chicken grease the employees always friendly nice courteous good vibes and I don’t mind waiting ten or however many minutes I was the first one there when they opened and one of the lady staff was Courteous enough to let me know that they didn’t open until 10:30 AM which was nice of her polite nobody’s ever Rude when I pull up to KFC…. I would post my food but I devoured it all 🤷🏾‍♀️

I ordered a 3 piece dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. I don't live near a KFC, so I haven't ordered from them for a while. I thought I would get two sides. They were out of punch, the only thing without caffeine, so I asked if I had to get a drink and was told that I didn't. When I got home, I was so disappointed! I got 2 ribs and a leg. The chicken was so greasy, I had to remove the skin. I thought I'd get at least one white piece, but no. The biscuit wasn't even edible. It was like a rock! I paid $8.47 for 3 small, greasy pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes. I couldn't eat the biscuit and wasn't given the green beans. I should have been told that I wouldn't get 2 sides, and I should have gotten the green beans in place of the drink, which I'm pretty sure I paid for. All in all, it was terrible!

Had our first order in a year and was pleasantly surprised. The manager helped me walk my items to my car and was very kind. Everything was hot and bagged well for transport. So why not a 4 or 5 star? Because it is impossible to reach this store if there is an issue with your food. Constantly no answer and sent to voice mail and no return calls. One kiddo was missing a full piece of chicken in her meal and the other kiddos popcorn chicken was mostly hard chunks of breading with no chicken. I'm glad they finally recognized how horrible the old staff were and are making changes but they still have a ways to improve.

Terrible customer service, extremely dirty, unsanitary, incompetent rude employees. 4 men behind the counter, 1 "working." I will not visit this location ever again unless they get new management. This is the worst establishment I've been to in over 6 months, and I doordash full-time so I see dozens of well run, clean and respectable fast food restaurants. Yhis place is disgusting and sad.
