Clean and friendly. I ordered the Chicken Fajita. Real nice portions. They did not skimp on the sour cream and guacamole. I brought home the left overs (half the meal). The Sweet Tea was good.

While I was waiting for my mother to get her hair done next door I went to eat at la Carreta. I love the #5 dinner with extra cheese. My meal came pretty fast, the waiter was very professional and helpful. I loved it and ate every bite. I would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter and I are on vacation, and came here upon a recommendation. It was delicious! I enjoyed the Carne Azada de la Mexicana, and my daughter loved her Camarones (I can never spell it right -- it's shrimp in Spanish.) The waiter was very nice, and helped me practice my Spanish. The servings were generous, and we had meals for the following day. The guacamole was very good, too! (A must have for me with Mexican food.) The prices were very reasonable.

Visited this place last month when came here for Smoky mountains trip. Dine inn is available and was pretty full during the time we went for dinner. Service was so good, the lady who served and helped us with the orders and menu was super quick. I tried fish tacos and it’s the best I’ve ever tried. Also tried Chicken fajitas, chicken enchiladas and few vegetarian dishes and was totally satisfied with both quality and quantity. Will definitely visit this place again. Went in with expectations of a good environment, ordered a top shelf margarita and was watered down and had no hint of patron. It tasted like Kool aid. The server said the manager would make it right
Tried to explain to manager and he brushed me off and I paid full price

The beans were good
Rice plainly seasoned probably with chicken bullion but still acceptable and better than a lot of places if we’re comparing plain Mexican rice.
Margaritas look very well priced.

The food was awesome and there was definitely enough to get full. The service was great as well. If it wasnt 500 miles away from home, I would be there at least once a week
