Pizza Hut

We wanted pizza Sunday afternoon so stopped in at pizza hut. Ordered at the front desk and dined in. The hand tossed crust was perfect! Mushroom, onion, and pineapple. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese. We had to wait for it to cool down to eat it. Bread sticks were really good. The sauce for bread stick was sweat and savoy. 👍👍(Two thumbs up)

A new girl sold me some bread they didn't have anymore, but even though they didn't have it I got charged for it. Then had to get a refund when they couldn't find the garlic cheese bread on my receipt. Got home with my pizza, it appeared to be hand tossed crust when I ordered pan. The pizza kinda tasted cardboard-ish. Come on people. Pizza Hut USED to be good.

Do not waste your time ordering from Newport Pizza Hut in Newport Tn. You won't get what you ordered and when you call to let them know they pretty much call you a liar. I ordered the family size pasta for 4 people that is 13.99 and should have been 2 pans of pasta. I received the small pan that is for 2 people and it costs 8,99. She wouldn't accept the fact I was supposed to receive 2 pans of pasta for the 13.99 that was charged to my credit card along with 2 pizzas. Then .. she's getting all rude and saying well I can send it out to you in an hour and a half, we have orders ahead of you. Hmm, ok?? I ordered an hour ago but?? Anyways I told her no, ask to speak to the manager, she said I AM THE MANAGER. I said just keep the 5$ and I'll contact corporate. She said fine so I did. Rude people

If no stars were an option, it would be fitting! Apparently the employees at this location can't count to 8! Today marks the 3rd time that I have ordered 8 piece boneless BBQ wings for contactless carry-out and every time they have been brought out to me with less than 8. 6 once and 7 twice. I find it ridiculous that I have to point this out. The manager always has such a bad attitude when I do, even though she acknowledges their mistake. Mary Anne is poor management material.

So we order a 2 pizza's online 30 mins ago (said it would be ready in about 14 mins) .... order was placed and conformation email sent. We get here and on the screen it says our order is ready so we pay for it then they try to find it and guess what? Apparently they never made it! So now we're sitting outside in the parking lot waiting another 14 mins on top of the 30 mins it took us to get here 🙂🙄 All male workers and they all look confused on who's job it is to do what. It's kinda disappointing especially when you pay $32 for 2 pizza's.
